Very impressed with Matthew – his work and customer service are top notch! When we called for an estimate, he was professional and friendly. We got lucky in that he was able to squeeze us in for a residential cleaning the same week. When he did our estimate, he didn’t try to upsell us on anything we didn’t need so we really appreciated his honesty and attention to detail (and also explaining the process to us)! He was also prompt in sending us a quote too – really appreciate how communicative and responsive he is and how he doesn’t leave you hanging or requires us to follow up with him constantly for updates. That is VERY important to me since a lack of communication can cause a lot of stress. Matthew was on time and did a thorough job of cleaning our house and driveway. We had some mud stains and lots of bird fecal matter in the front entry left behind from 2 barn swallow bird families who had already left the coop. He went above and beyond in checking every detail for our house and driveway that had tire marks all over it. Matthew was able to get all of it back to looking brand new! We would definitely hire ROI Pressure Washing again for our future needs to ensure our home stays in great shape. Matthew did an amazing job with getting everything cleaned up at our house that we just moved into. He's quick, efficient, and very friendly! I was actually shocked at how dirty our driveway and patio were before, after seeing how clean it turned out when he was done. Matt did a great job pressure washing all the concrete at my home. It looks fantastic. We have done it ourselves and never could do half as good a job as he was able to do with his professional tools. He charged a very fair price too.
